The sign has reared it head again and they are offering a walk thru this Saturday at 10 am on the site its self. The Attorney for the 20 Acre woods will be presenting the walk thru.

For those of you who did not receive notice there is a company who will get a variance for a 2 sided LED “JUMBOTRON” which will tower 70ft in the air and flash full color messages 24 hours a day! Unless you act TODAY! It will be visible from your house!
The proposed sign is 1344 Square foot of flashing changing advertising that’s larger than the entire front of your house! That much space is:
45ft wide X30ft tall!
Are property values going to drop $10,000 to $20,000 as the second sun flashes all night? Can we stop the new monster sign? Yes only if you go!
Or sign the petition against the sign variance today before it's too late! The Board of appeals will approve the sign if you don’t speak up!
Why didn’t you get notice? Is it because they are trying to sneak it by you? Only the homes within 500 ft of the sign which is the entire back street of our development! This sign has already been turned down and is in the Zoning Board of Appeals which means it can be stopped!
